studied decorative and textile arts at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna from 1968-1973, and art education from 1979-1984.
Since 1985, teaching at the Federal Institute of Decorative Arts in Vienna.
Austrian honorary citizenship in 1984.
Member of the Vienna Künstlerhaus.
